1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website for Xenova Rush (the "Site"), operated by Lion, the individual developer ("I", "me", "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use License

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for informational purposes, to sign up for the waitlist, and to download the provided press kit materials strictly according to the license in Section 4.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the game name "Xenova Rush," logos, text, graphics, images, screenshots, icons, audio/video clips, and the downloadable press kit materials (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Lion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content without my prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

4. Press Kit License

If you download the press kit available on the Site, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials contained within the press kit solely for the purpose of creating editorial content (such as news articles, reviews, previews, or social media posts) specifically about Xenova Rush. You may not use the press kit materials for any other purpose, including commercial use unrelated to press coverage, incorporating them into other products, or in any way that is detrimental to the Xenova Rush brand. All intellectual property rights in the press kit materials remain with Lion.
